This is a list of some of the studios and practitioners that I commonly refer to for treatments and for exercise that continue to move you in the direction of optimal wellness:
Hesch Manual Therapy
I have taken post-graduate level manual therapy training and graduated from a distance learning program with Jerry Hesch, PT based out of Nevada. He is an expert in solving biomechanical problems with the sacro-iliac joint and pelvic girdle.
Orthopedic Medicine
I recommend Dr. Selesnick in Miami for knee problems.
For Spinal problems, I recommend Dr. Barth Green at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
I'm still searching for an excellent shoulder specialist.
Egoscue
There is a phenomenal postural reconditioning exercise system called Egoscue, and we are fortunate to have a local Egoscue center in Palm Beach Gardens.
Ecranio Richard Royster Institute
I have a local friend and teacher named Dr. Richard Royster, one of the first students here in Florida of Dr. Upledger of the Upledger Institute.
Richard has a school in Germany and ocassionally sees patients here in West Palm Beach. Here is his site:

Osteopathic Medicine
The Institute for Non-Surgical Orthopedics specializes in osteopathic manipulative medicine and treatment, often necessary in cases of medical pathology. OMM is a medical treatment modality for muscular and skeletal dysfunction, and as a holistic discipline looks at the patient as a person, rather than a symptom. I highly recommend Dr. Licata or Dr. Chapman in the Delray beach practice.
Yoga
I recommend to all my clients that they find an exercise regime or practice to complement their bodywork and continue to build upon the results that they have achieved. Yoga is a great way to do so. For clients in the Wellington area, we have a wonderful Yoga teacher here in town that is wonderful at working with Yoga as a form of body therapy. He has developed his own unique approach to teaching Extension Yoga privately over a 30 year period and helps many people move toward balance and union in their body. Sam is a blessing to have around!
We also have a Yoga therapy studio in West Palm beach called Living Large Therapeutics that offers a combination of physical therapy and yoga therapy.
Pilates
Pilates is another wonderful way to continue to build on the structural foundation you gain from your transformational bodywork.
